Victor Gavin

Vic is a highly accomplished executive leader with 38 years of DoD Acquisiton and Engineering experience in both the public and private sector. Vic is was Head of DoD Strategic Business Development for Amazon Web Services (AWS) from 2020-2022. Prior to that role, Vic was Head of Federal Technology Vision and Business Development at AWS. Vic left the Department of the Navy in 2018 having most recently served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Navy C41 and Space where he oversaw and advised on all Department of Navy (Navy and Marine Corp) major acquisitions of C4I, satellite and IT technologies. Prior to this role, Vic served as the Program Executive Officer (PEO) Enterprise Information Systems from 2012 to 2016.

Dave Matsuda
